At GROHE, we stand behind the precision and quality of our German engineering; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Fixtures

  Carefully place the unused product in its original GROHE box, ensuring all internal components, manuals, and mounting hardware are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and affix it securely to the outside of the shipping carton, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
